FLC Second Saturday Series

The middle of May is the peak of spring bird migration in Boise and one of the best times to be in Hulls Gulch looking for birds!

Come and learn the basics of birding from our local friend and expert, Terry Rich. He will introduce you to our resident birds and to those who visit only for part of the year each spring and early summer.

Then head outside and put your skills to the test. Terry and other volunteer birders will be here to lead small groups outside looking and listening for birds. You can also make a hummingbird feeder from re-purposed materials, try your hand at some bird art, and more!

Kids, bring your mom out for a pre-Mother’s Day treat! We hope you can join us!
