Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association
The Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association (HRWMA) was established to mitigate adverse impacts to wildlife by implementing the Harris Ranch Wildlife Impact Assessment and Management Plan (Mitigation Plan). The Mitigation Plan was adopted into Boise City Code in 2007 for the planned community at Harris Ranch. HRWMA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, governed by a Board of Directors and funded in part by a Conservation Fund established in the Mitigation Plan.
The Conservation Fund
The Mitigation Plan establishes a Conservation Fund to fund the implementation of the Wildlife Mitigation Plan in perpetuity. It consists of three types of Wildlife Mitigation Fees:
The Annual Residential and Commercial Fees are included in the Harris Ranch Homeowners Association dues, billed on a quarterly basis.
