Bird Feeders 101 Zoom Class

   The Golden Eagle Audubon Society of Boise is presenting via Zoom all about Outdoor         Bird Feeders! If you have already signed up for the Cornell Project FeederWatch, this class is a perfect compliment!  

Class Description: Are you eager to put up bird feeders in your yard but aren't sure where to start? Have you already set up feeders but aren't seeing any birds? Do you want to start learning what some of the birds are at your feeders? Then join GEAS for the Bird Feeders 101  Zoom Class! 

This class is designed as an introduction on how to set up successful bird feeders.  The following concepts will be covered in the 1 hour class followed by Q& A. 

• the different types of bird feeders and bird seed
• proper placement for bird feeders
• tips and tricks for unwanted feeder visitors
• the 10 most common feeder birds in the Treasure Valley
• Project FeederWatch and how your feeders can contribute to community science
