Dr. Rita Dixon is State Wildlife Action Plan Coordinator for the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, where she works to conserve Idaho’s most at-risk fish and wildlife and their habitats. Dr. Dixon will introduce the audience to the bats of Idaho and what makes each of them unique. In addition, she will highlight their ecology and the key conservation issues they face both locally and globally. Rita will also cover the many misconceptions people have about bats and explain conservation actions for bats and how each of us can help.

This is a free program. No registration is required. Enter the building via the south door.
