Join the City of Hope for the third year of the Boise Dandelion Fest!

Learn more about the City of Boise's efforts to reduce pesticide and herbicide use in parks, plus try a sample of locally brewed dandelion beverages created by Woodland Empire Ale Craft and other partners, brewed with dandelions hand-picked by volunteers from Boise Parks and Recreation park sites that are a part of our Pesticide Reduction Program.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

  • ACTIVITIES: Face painting, sign painting, live music, educational opportunities, food trucks
  • DANDELION BEVERAGES: Dandelion beer, dandelion root beer, kombucha, dandelion N/A cocktail

REMINDERS: Try to ride your bike, bring your own re-usable cup, free event, open to all ages

COST: FREE
