Join HRWMA and our community partner, Trout Unlimited, with the City of Boise for a: Volunteer activity to place natural structures instream to enhance the channel of Warm Springs Creek Saturday, June 28th, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM We are looking for volunteers who can give a few hours to work on this instream activity to enhance Warm Springs Creek near where it enters the Boise River at Harris Ranch. We will provide gloves, supplies, and tools. You can bring your own gloves or we will have some on hand for you to use. If you have irrigation or hip boots or shoes that you don't mind getting wet, then that will be helpful as the creek has water in it. Water conditions are low, so it isn't deep or swift. Street parking is generally available on the north side of Warm Springs Avenue along E. Barnside Way, E. Millbrook Way, or E. Brightside St. The project site is a few hundred feet west of the Millbrook/Warm Springs intersection. Or alternatively you can park at Marianne Williams and walk east along the greenbelt until you reach Warm Springs Creek. Event to be held at: Warm Springs Creek4110 E. Warm Springs Ave. * Boise, ID View Event Register online with HRWMA at www.hrwma.org or contact Karie Pappani at Karie@hrwmawildlife.org
